About us
The Northeastern University Biochemistry Club is dedicated to providing a resource to those in the major or interested in the field. Meetings are a great way for members to network, stay involved, learn from guest speakers, and make meaningful connections with faculty.
Event-based meetings include speakers, seminars, workshops, and outings. The topic of each meeting will be announced in the weekly emails.
The Biochemistry Club is an official Undergraduate Student Chapter of the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB). Any biochemistry major at NU is automatically considered a Biochemistry Club member. Students can also opt in to membership in the ASBMB Chapter, which provides additional professional development benefits. Membership applications for the Chapter can only be accepted in September and October of each year; please contact Chapter Advisor Professor Fertuck at [email protected] with questions.
